Girls Uniform SONY DSC

  • Skirt and cardigan to be purchased from the dance school before first lesson (£17.00 total for both items)
  • Any white vest and pants or white footless babygrow to be worn underneath
  • Bare feet

Boys Uniform

  • Any black shorts or tracksuit bottoms

Nursery 1 and 2 and Preparatory Dance and Tap

Girls Uniform

  • ‘Emilie’ ballet dress by Roch Valley in pink matte nylon lycra 
  • Optional: woolly ballet crossover in light pink (not ‘ballet peach’) 
  • Pink ballet socks
  • Pink leather full-sole ballet shoes with pink elastic  
  • Roch Valley black leather tap shoes with elastic replacing the laces and with standard ball taps – heel taps not required but can be left on if already attached to shoes when bought (Preparatory only)

Uniform notes for girls

  • If your daughter is very cold in the studio, she may wear pink seamless ballet tights – no other tights though please!  We do, however, prefer pink ballet socks.  Children should not wear socks and tights at the same time!
  • Vests and pants should not be worn under the ballet dress
  • Please be careful when washing the pink ballet dress as they ‘pick-up’ colours easily SONY DSC
  • After an initial period of half a term, your child must be wearing correct uniform
  • Long hair should be neatly tied back in a pony tail or classical ballet bun

  • Boys black leather tap shoes with laces and standard ball taps – heel taps not required but can be left on if already attached to shoes when bought (Preparatory only)

  • Demi pointe and pointe shoes with wide matte pink ribbons (when required)

Second hand uniform sale

The next sale will be on Saturday 6th January 10.30am-1.30pm in the waiting room and we hope many parents / guardians will attend.  If you wish to sell items, please refer to the link below

If you have items to sell, please place them in a bag labelled for the school uniform sale (with selling tickets attached if you wish to take some of the profit) in the boys changing room before the end of this term (or call the office to check opening times during the holiday period).
