Our Stretch & Technique classes which are compulsory for all students in Grade 2 ballet plus, focus on improving flexibility and control for dance.
After a challenging deep stretch sequence, students use exercise balls for a carefully selected programme of PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique) exercises to improve core control, strength and classical ballet technique.

Where necessary, on an individual basis, we work alongside a podiatrist and physiotherapist to assist with any issues with students’ alignment and posture.
